Laura Kohr is a flower designer based on a farm along the Susquehanna River in Pennsylvania, where she grew up and lives there now with her children. She has chickens, ducks,a pond and a big garden. Along with vegetables and herbs she also grows many flowers, shrubs and trees. She likes to use items from her garden in her floral work. She also will forage from the farm. Anything from vines in the woods to fruit branches from the orchard. These unique elements add just the right touch to keep a bouquet looking fresh from the field or garden.
Her floral style is romantic,delicate and wild. She likes to create bouquets that have movement. She layers the flowers so the eye can move across the bouquet taking in the shadowy low parts to the lighter stems reaching out of the bouquet. Longer ribbon is also a beautiful way to accent bouquets to enhance fluidity and lightness.

From day-of coordinating, floral design, styling and planning, to bridal shower and rehearsal dinner management (even as far as that baby shower to come) I want to help create memories you will cherish for a lifetime! My love for décor and styling began when I worked my first job in a flower shop where I would assist the in-house coordinator with wedding florals, set-up and vignettes. Anyone who knows me can tell you I am truly obsessed with all things creatively chic, inspirational, and glamorous! I’m a trend-setter, entrepreneur, and [self proclaimed] out-of-the-box thinker.
With over 15 years of experience in floral, I pride my work on originality. I know how important it is to deliver incredible product and service that will exceed client expectations, especially in the wedding industry.
